It almost sounds cliche' but I saw Evel jump the fountains at Ceasar's Palace in the late 60s when I was a teen. I really only saw a glimpse of him in the air as the crowd was huge. Later, I watched he whole thing on TV which gave a much better view than I had. He was arrogant, argumentative, a teller of tall tales, and egotistical. And he had the brass to back it up. There may never be another like him. Rest well Evel.
