Aprilia Atlantic 500

I'm looking at a 2003 Aprilia Atlantic 500 with 27,000 miles on it. I already know that the dealer has it priced too high at $3700.00 but does anyone have information about the apparently high mileage? I planned to make an offer but want to know others' opinions about the mileage. Thanks for your input!

Hey,
I have a 2004 Scarabeo 500 with 10900 miles on it and I am not sure it will make it to 27000. I am having engine oil seepage now. I have taken very good care of this bike since I rode it off the showroom floor. I would shy away from 27K miles on this scooter.

I have a 2003 with 17,000 miles on it that I would sell you for $2,700.00. I'm a little too big for it and my wife won't get on it!

wow sound like a nice deal however you might ask your self are you planing on having the shop keep up on the service plan.If so see if they will throw in the next one for free.try to get some thing out of it to help your wallet.good luck,I bet you will have a great time on it.

Hi dude the price seems very high for the year and the mileage, but i dont know what they fetch in your country as in England that year and mileage would only cost approx £900 which is about $1400, i suppose as long as it has full dealer history and is in top condition ityw would be worth $2000/$2500. Hope that this helps

I have the same scooter. Mine has a little over 17,000 miles on it. However I'm in Alaska where there is an abbreviated riding season. I don't see any problem with 27000 miles. I'm going to sell mine this summer. I'll expect to get around $2500 for it.
