suspension settings for RS250
Hi! I'm new to the forum.
I'm an old chap who's had stink wheels for years.
I have recently bought another RS250, a 1998 model and would be very obliged if anyone out there has information on the original suspension settings.
I owned the previous model (a Regianni replica with the 'slightly' more sensible rear perch, sorry seat), but had this stolen by some cretinous scroat, who vandalized my pride and joy beyond repair. Some people have no feelings for a thing of such immense beauty, I could have wept, but I digress.
I'm only a small guy and I've found the seat height on the newer bike to be much higher than the old model. I can only presume that a past owner has altered the settings drastically.
Is there anyone out there who's ridden both bikes and can comment?
Before I buy some wooden blocks for my boots, I'd be really obliged if anyone with any information would take the time to reply.
