I have just aquired a 2007 APRILIA RS 125 only yesterday , and absolutely love the machine.
I have read 100's of reviews , trying to learn what I can about the bike. From what I found so far. 1. NEVER start off until she's warmed up . Question : I have a 6 bar temp scale, so would 2 bars be warm enough or should I get it to 3 bars . . ? . 2. Spark plugs seam to be an issue . I live in Australia and as it's a warmer climate than European counties , should I stock up on which spark plugs ( br8 ,br9 ,or br10, EIX) and also what petrol should I use , (91 ,95 or 98 ). 3. The bikes travelled 2500 kms , been serviced twice , last one at 1800kms , should I service every say 1000 kms. . .? I have not got a manual for the bike , where can I get one . . . ?. 4. When I start the bike , should I use the throttle to help , or should I only use the choke . . ? THANKYOU FOR YOUR TIME TO READ THIS , ANY REPLIES WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
