'01 rs 125 petrol lick from carburetor

Hi guys anyone could help me! my bike licking petrol from bit I marked on the photo, should I get any pipe connected to that bit?
it only happens on the first start, bike working for about five second, then engine stops, licking out petrol for few minutes and then it starts like nothing happened any help!!!
