Fisher seem the most preferable' although their prices start from $250 if you send them your seat for modifying, and $350 if you buy one of theirs. If i ever owned a 4T 4.5 or 5.5, i wouldn't choose this option due to the overly extortionate pricing IMHO.
Typical modern chisel-thin hard seats curving downward at the edges and bolt-on aftermarket comfort saddles are non-existent for the 2 smokers
The Airhawk "pillion small" is designed for those wafer-thin sport bike pillion seats, and a suitable fit for modern sm / enduro seats..
The Airhawk currently has over 36,000 long distance miles on it w/o developing air leaks or deflating itself, huge improvement.. but that extra comfort wasn't enough for more than 30 minute rides.

Sizing feels good' Medium (32-34" waist) fits my 32" waist nicely, these made the difference between pelvis turning to dust after 20 - 30 miles, and a slightly numb ass when riding 80 miles to the nearest coastal town. Standing and walking in them takes some getting used to as the thick padding pivots up the ass cheeks a bit. If riding a 4T 4.5 or 5.5 with modified wider comfort seat, id skip the Airhawk and go for the padded shorts, unless joining Ewan and Charley for the Unreliable Way Round
