any good diagrams of Ditech 50 scooter
I've tried OEM and a couple other sites, but their diagrams are not very helpful for the 2003 Scarabeo 50.
They have sections in detail, but it's difficult, to put it nicely, to see where the section is on the real scooter.
The official manual diagrams also are terrible.
Example: None shows or mentions the throttle cable; no index or table of contents mentions the throttle cable -- assuming of course that the user would just automatically know that what he's looking at IS the throttle cable.
I need photos and/or diagrams that actually show my specific 2003 Ditech Scarabeo 50 clearly, and actually tell the name of the silver cylindrical thingy on the right side, which is humming for no reason that I know of.
Problem today is no start after healthy cranking. Just humming from the 3-inch tall, 1-inch diameter silver cylinder thingy on the right side, and a blinking upper red light at right on the dash.
The symbol on this upper red light looks like a tiny rocket ship attacking with a 3-pronged death ray as it descends at a 45-degree angle, head down.
Since no manual mentions this warning light, I guess it flashes because Martians are attacking and the first thing those alien scum have done is knock out my scooter.
So please, if anyone knows what that warning light actually indicates, and what it might mean when it flashes and the scooter won't start, lemme know.
I will be your dearest friend for days or maybe hours.
