Is it Worth and extra 3K?

Hell all.

I am an American living in Bahrain and it has been difficult for me to find any decent bikes at a good price. I have always had an eye for the shiver since I am a standard kind of guy, and they have one at the dealer here. It would be a no brainer anywhere else with the advertized price of $8999., but since I am in Bahrain they are asking the equivalent of 11999 USD. I think this is crazy, an extra 3k, but I wonder if maybe it is worth it. Used bikes have outrageous prices too, but I wondered if the experts would think. So is it worth it?
