Exclamation Replacing 2009 Aprilia SR 50 clutch

Hey all!

I am writing in regards to my 2009 Aprilia SR 50 racing scooter. I recently brought it in for a tune up since it has been sputtering lately on my rides and trying to cut off at lights, also having trouble accelerating until the rpm reaches at least 7-8. My clutch needs to be replaced... fast forward to today - I purchased a 107mm clutch the service department recommended me to purchase and had it replaced today.

Now my issues are fixed however my top speed has dropped from 55-60 mph to 35-40mph . My aprilia is derestricted and the clutch that had me purchase was just a standard stock clutch. PLEASE HELP A GIRL OUT

What do I need too get back to my top speed and maximize my performance, do I need a better clutch kit, clutch bell? all opinions welcome!
